These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the E1 IPTV UK service, accessed via e1-iptv-uk.com (the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

E1 IPTV UK provides an internet streaming platform that aggregates third-party content sources delivered over the public internet. We do not produce, host, broadcast or own the original content. We provide the technology that allows you to access publicly available streams.

2. Account & Credentials

Upon subscription you are issued login credentials (username, password and/or M3U URL). You agree to:

Keep your credentials confidential and not share them.
Only stream on the number of devices included with your plan.
Not resell, rebrand or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that share credentials with multiple users or breach these Terms.

3. Payments & Renewals

All plans are prepaid. There is no automatic renewal and no card is stored on file. To extend your subscription you must purchase a new period before or after your current one expires.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but the Service depends on third-party infrastructure and content sources. Occasional outages, channel changes or content removals can occur and are not grounds for a refund outside the 7-day window. We will always work to restore Service as quickly as possible.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to third parties.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our servers.
Use the Service for commercial broadcasting in public venues without a relevant commercial licence.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, channel names and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. E1 IPTV UK claims no ownership of any third-party content accessed via the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E1 IPTV UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of England.
