When You're Eligible
- You purchased a paid plan within the last 7 days.
- You let us try to fix the issue first — most problems are sortable in minutes via WhatsApp.
- You haven't breached our Terms of Service (e.g. credential sharing or resale).
When Refunds Don't Apply
- Free trials (no money has changed hands).
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Issues caused by your own internet connection where we've been unable to demonstrate the Service streaming smoothly from elsewhere.
- Specific channels being removed by the source — we'll always offer comparable alternatives where available.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order reference / the email or number used at checkout.
- Briefly describe the issue. We'll attempt a fix first — but if you'd still prefer a refund afterwards, we'll process it.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. PayPal refunds are usually instant; card refunds depend on your bank.
