Response Time
We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours and to remove or disable access to identified content within 7 working days where it is within our technical capability and verified as legitimate.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with comparable information.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
No Liability for Third-Party Content
E1 IPTV UK does not own, control, license, produce, host or transmit any of the third-party television, film or audio content accessible via the Service. We provide technology only and rely in good faith on the legitimacy of third-party sources. We will always act promptly on legitimate copyright notices.
